At the Canadian Red Cross shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion and apparel purchases while supporting our humanitarian mission. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized Canada Post location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
